Financial Priorities
The bulk of CHURCH missions funds are spent on foreign missions. How can we take pride in our work outside the U.S.A. when we neglect the needs of Native Americans who owned the land before we took it from them?
Many missionaries often sell their homes and step out in faith, only to find their Christian brothers have forgotten them both in prayer and financial support. Many have no days off--no encouragement from the "outside" world.
Native American Missions Support will stand up for our missionaries and our Native American brothers.
NATIVE AMERICAN MISSIONS SUPPORT FINANCIAL FUNDING FOR THIS MISSION IS A VERY CURRENT AND CRITICAL IMMEDIATE -- NEED!
ONLY 3-5% of 5.5 mil. Native Americans KNOW JESUS CHRIST as their Lord and Savior( lower than most nations ). Help the children to come to Jesus, and with them will follow their parents.
We need money Now, to procure large specialty trucks for the Medical Team, to provide patient; Physical, Dental and Eye Exam Rooms. "An outreach program..."
We need money to support the mission schools. The mission receives only approximately $100 per student-per month which is paid by the family. The average income of the families on the reservation is $15,000.00 or less per year; however, they will sacrifice, due to the student control problems in the local schools. The average for native children is a 7th-8th grade education, (35% have less than an elementary education). One out of 100 graduate from high school, and one out of 1,000 ever attend college. The Mission Schools open their doors to families -- a great outreach ministry for CHRIST.
With an average income of $15,000.00 annually (per family) it is difficult for the Native American families to support a Mission a Church.
Christian School Teachers average weekly pay is $65.00. Very few missionaries and teachers have health insurance. The Mobile Medical Team can make the difference.
Churches are empty;
Why?
The Natives do not have the income to support the pastor and family.
Christians with out a Shepard!
Natives with no one to tell them about Jesus;
Natives without a Job; with no training; with no place to work;
48 to 86% unemployment;
Average life expectancy 48 years old.
What Sacrifice could you make, to help support those that have given their all for the Quest for Souls; $5, $10, $20, or more per month to become a TEAM MEMBER ?
